DESCRIPTION:Support our local Pony Club by bringing your horse to the Heartland Region Combined Test on Saturday\, April 20th for the first show of the season at the Hoosier Horse Park. \nHeartland Region CT is an IDS Approved show where you can accumulate scores for the IDS awards program. Please keep in mind only scores from the dressage classes are counted whereas CT classes do NOT count.

SUMMARY:USDF L Education Program - Part 1\, Session C
DESCRIPTION:IDS is pleased to host Part 1 of the USDF L Education Program in the Winter/Spring of 2024! \nDeveloped by the USDF Judges’ Committee\, this educational training program teaches judges to evaluate the correct training of dressage horses. \nThe L Education Program is designed with several goals in mind: \n\nProvide trainers\, instructors\, competitors and spectators’ insight into the evaluative techniques of judging dressage.\nPrepare and evaluate candidates who wish to pursue entry into the USEF ‘r’ Judge Training Program.\nProvide continuing education for licensed judges and L graduates.\n\nThe Program is divided into two parts; each part is made up of three sessions. IDS will be hosting Part 1 – “A Judge’s Perspective” which is open to all USDF Members; this is the educational foundation of the program. \nPart 1\, Session A\nAn introduction to judging and biomechanics.
